HOW MENOPAUSE CHANGED MY HAIR
I’m not sure whether the issues I had with my hair were from menopause with all its hormonal changes, weakened hair follicles or damaged hair strands from coloring, or using the wrong hair care products. My hair struggles after menopause

I wanted to be sure that my dry hair and menopausal hair loss were not caused by medication, vitamin deficiencies, or an iron deficiency. 4. Hair Care Tools: Being careful with hot tools such as curling irons, flat irons, and blowdryers is key. I rarely use a curling iron or flatiron anymore because I learned to use a blowdryer better. When I use flat irons and curling irons, I keep them at the lowest heat possible and make sure I use a heat protectant.
